Refund Policy

Effective October 23, 2026.

  1. 01No refunds

    All sales are final. Renafy doesn't offer refunds for any plan, credits or other purchase once the payment has gone through.

    By making a purchase, you confirm you've read and accepted this policy. No exceptions are made, including for dissatisfaction, accidental purchases or a change in circumstances.

  2. 02Cancelling

    You can cancel your plan at any time, with no reason or approval needed: open Settings in Renafy and press “Cancel plan”.

    Your plan stays active, with full access, until the end of the billing period you've paid for. Nothing more is charged after you cancel.

    When your plan ends, your files and projects are deleted 24 hours later.

    We may change this policy at any time; changes take effect when posted here. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

  5. 05Governing law

    This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Renafy LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
